Tips for uploading files.
A good name.
Before uploading, please compress your file(s) and avoid using spaces or odd characters in your file name. Underscores may be used if a space is needed. Spaces and odd characters (like / : * ? ” < > | # % ?) can cause file transmission errors.
Size matters.
Files less than 50MB can be selected or dragged into the file box below. Files greater than 50MB can be uploaded directly from your DropBox account using the direct link below. If you prefer to use FTP ask your Account Manager for login information.
