We are operating as a registered essential business in Washington State and are standing by to serve critical infrastructure and beyond. Our production staff is healthy, ready, and willing to serve our community in this critical moment of history.
Our first priority has been to take care of our employees and their families. Necessary measures have been taken to maintain safe distancing by modifying shift schedules and providing clean independent work environments. Our administration staff, sales executives and production managers are primarily working remotely or are on revised schedules to maintain safe distancing. At this time, no vendors or visitors are allowed in the building as an added measure to protect the health of our employees.
Our second priority is supporting our clients whom are in or service critical infrastructure segments. All of our production resources and staffing will be dedicated to this effort going forward. As a result, these critical infrastructure projects will take precedence and may cause delays in our ability to meet due dates and/or delivery dates for projects outside of this scope; we appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we support the critical infrastructure of our community.
Our third priority is developing a plan to assist our clients in recovering from this extensive health, social and economic setback. The recovery for all companies will include marketing, design, signage, mail, print and promotional materials. The success of our clients is the ultimate gage to our own success and it is our desire to come through this together stronger than we were before.
